This page is not about who we are. It lists what a practice or a contractor needs before writing a seamless surface into a specification: how we work, what we hand over, what can be checked before anything is signed.
The work
The method, in four steps.
None of the four gets skipped. The site survey is not a sales courtesy: it is the check that decides whether the work is possible and with which application cycle.
Site survey and substrate check
Condition and flatness of the substrate, residual moisture, existing joints, light exposure. The application cycle comes out of this, not before.
Sampling on a real support
Panels with the products and colours chosen for that job. On repeat work, a sample wall built in place.
Laying
Layer over layer, with our own crew. Joints, corners, junctions and architectural details are agreed beforehand, not on the fly.
Handover and maintenance
Written guidance for daily care and periodic maintenance, and the waiting times before full use.
The next step
It gets decided on the sample, not on the catalogue.
For every job
We prepare sample panels with the products and colours chosen for that job, and deliver them to the client or the practice. You look at them in the light of the room, not on a screen.
For repeat work
On apartment blocks, residences and hotels we build a sample wall on site, at our expense. You see the real finish on the real substrate before committing the floors.
The quickest way to get there is to meet on site: an hour, and it becomes clear what makes sense.
Technical data
Specification data, from the source.
Thicknesses, foot traffic times, underfloor heating compatibility, reaction classes and certifications belong to the maker. We keep no copies here: a data sheet downloaded from an installer’s site is out of date the next day. The direct links are below, where the documents are the right ones.
For BIM files and textures, where the maker provides them, write to us: we will tell you where to find them for the product you need.

Capacity and organisation
A family firm, working since 2008, with the owners on site. On request we put production capacity and timings for the specific job in writing: they depend on the cycle, the number of rooms and the waiting times between coats.

A site visit settles in an hour what ten emails leave open: existing substrate, levels, timings. Name, phone and location are enough.
