Ristorante Elementa, Hotel Al Foss
Sixty square metres of Kerakoll cementoresina, shade KK67, in the kitchen of the Elementa restaurant inside Hotel Al Foss in Vermiglio.
The substrate was brought up to level with a self levelling compound, so the resin could meet the existing timber flush, and the finish was laid over it. In a hotel with a fixed opening date your work slots in with everyone else's: you work when it is your turn, and you clear the floor when it is theirs.
